## Purchasing Live Animals
### 3. Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent upon the successful placement of an order, detailing your purchase specifics. Review this information meticulously. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to prevent issues with processing or delivery.
### 4. Post-Purchase Responsibility
Ownership and care responsibilities transfer to you upon the delivery of an aquatic pet. Autumn’s Little Critters is absolved of responsibility after delivery.
There is always a small chance that a fish/critter from your order will not be shipped due to health concerns. In this case, we will refund the item(s) or offer a replacement to complete the order.
Once fish is added to your aquarium/removed from the bag, we are not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. We ship healthy fish, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility.
### 5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animal sales, all sales are final. Autumn’s Little Critters does not accept returns or offer refunds, except under the conditions outlined in our Live Arrival Guarantee.
### 6. Limitation of Liability
Autumn’s Little Critters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages linked to the purchase of live animals. Liability is restricted to the amount paid for the animals.

## Shipping Live Animals
### 7. Overnight Shipping Requirement
To safeguard animal welfare, all purchases are usually shipped via overnight delivery. This method minimizes transit time and stress.
### 8. Shipping for Tropical Fish
Tropical fish may qualify for a 2-day delivery option under suitable conditions, maintaining their health and safety during transit.
### 9. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight. Distinct rates apply to overnight and 2-day shipping.
### 10. Delivery Schedule
- Shipping Day: Live animals are shipped exclusively on Tuesdays.
- Order Deadline: Place orders by the preceding Sunday to ensure shipment within the same week.
- Weekend Transit: This schedule is designed to prevent live animals from being in transit over weekends.
### 11. Shipping Delays
All issues and delays related to shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis to determine the most suitable course of action. You will be notified promptly about any decisions concerning your order.

## Live Arrival Guarantee
### 12. Guarantee Conditions
Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid if:
- Recipient Availability: A responsible party is present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- Notification of Issues: In the unfortunate event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) situation, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery, providing photographic proof for verification.
- If any animal arrives dead, we require three clear photos. Two photos need to be while the animal is still in the unopened box/bag, with the shipping label in clear view.
### 13. Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover:
- Delays attributed to the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by you.
- Packages left unattended post-delivery.
- Animals that cannot be cared for following delivery.
